Hammer Design were ahead of the game with content management systems - designed a modular system many years ago. This means that it is solid, reliable and works. There aren't many things, that even the most demanding website will need, that we havent thought of before - now there's a challenge : )
Our two systems are:
Bespoke solutions: ChameleonCMS, a content management system that can do everything ( a big claim for a big system ) - putting you absolutely in control.
Off the shelf solutions: OspreyCMS, hammer design's own brand fully developed off the shelf system for the smaller business and start up.

We offer a number of packages for ongoing website maintainence and support, although our experience is that you wont need much after a few hours inital training and handover of our CMS systems.

Debugging, service and support
Our philosophy is simple - if we have built it correctly, it should be largely browser compliant across most recent browsers and as it the code written by the book it should work pretty well from the start. That said, website development, as with application development, is an evolution and if there weren't bugs, issues and things that didn't work we would be as surprised as you.
We always run a test phase, to iron the majority of this out, but after launch, we operate a straightforward prioritised ticketing system should you need it.
