Lead graphic design and creative print designer
Super creative required. - An ambitious, hungry individual who may already be running their own business is required to work on national accounts and help grow Hammer Design. A well rounded individual is saught to join its successful, expanding, friendly team for a great opportunity to work on a wide variety of print and communications projects in a beautiful location.
The office environment is a great atmosphere of creativity, excellence, direction and focus.
This person will be an experienced, capable, responsible, thoughtful designer with several years of commercial experience. This person will be a well organised, open minded individual who will be receptive to changing practices.
Salary £28,000 + p.a. (neg) - dependent on experience.

Junior account executive
We are looking for support to our design and account handling team at Hammer.
You will be responsible for managing our design agency clients’ needs.
Specifically you will oversee the work process, from ordering through to the delivery of graphic design, website design, advertising, exhibition work and marketing material, all to an exceptionally high standard.
You will also be assisting in the marketing and members’ communication to our sister project Living Art. This will include helping in the promotion of our shows, exhibitions and workshop.
A passion for the environment and a love of the arts are preferable, excellent communication skills, ambition, zeal, enthusiasm and reliability are essential.
Salary £10,500 - £15,000 p.a. - d.o.e.

Studio designer (Medium weight)
There is a fabulous opportunity for an established designer with relevant industry experience. You will be a professional graphic designer with a varying portfolio, necessary skills include a knowledge of Quark Express (or Adobe Indesign), Illustrator (or Freehand) and Adobe Photoshop.
Salary £20,000 + p.a. - dependent on experience.
