Safariquip Travel Equipment

Safariquip wanted a CMS and an e-commerce system that would allow them full control and management of sales, content and SEO.

The Client

Safariquip started out in 1982 by providing expedition gear solutions to major clients in the television, oil, survey and travel industries. Following that success they turned their attention to products for individual travellers and adventurers. More recently, they have been market leading the online sales of particular outdoors products for tropical climes.

The Brief

1. To replace the old website with a new, stylish, visually relevant website that is easy and quick for customers to navigate;
2. To allow the client to instantly update and link related products and content and manage stock and client records efficiently;
3. To improve and streamline the e-commerce functionality and;
4. To maintain SEO and rankings at launch.

The Process

Hammer Design work very closely with Safariquip to build their new website to their specification, writing new code specifically tailored to their needs. Et voila, a new, easy to use CMS with new, improved e-commerce functionality.
