To be a profitable business it needs to:
· create and deliver something of value
· that other people want or need
· at a price they are willing to pay
· in a way that satisfies the customers needs and expectations
· so that the business generates enough profit to satisfy the businesses owners to continue
The more formal titles for this are:
Value creation
Marketing
Sales
Value delivery
Finance
But really it's common sense that we all need to remember periodically.
